We built this because we were tired of astrology that tells you who you are.
Most astrology products hand you a verdict. You are this. You will experience that. We think that gets it backwards. The chart is not an answer. It is a set of precise questions — computed from the actual positions of nine planets at the exact moment you arrived. Whether those questions mean anything is up to you. We are not here to convince you. We are here to hand you a mirror and leave the room.
What happens behind the curtain
Your chart uses sidereal Vedic astrology with the Lahiri ayanamsa, the true node, and a 3-level Vimshottari Dasha tree. The core chart calculations run on jyotishganit, an open-source Vedic astrology engine; supplementary outer-planet positions (Uranus, Neptune, Pluto) come from the JPL DE440s ephemeris.
The interpretive narrative is written by AI. We say this plainly because you deserve to know. It is not copied from a template — each report is generated for one chart. Yours. Before delivery, every chapter passes through automated accuracy checks that catch hallucinated claims, incorrect house lordships, and fabricated yoga combinations.
Some of it might still be wrong. If your experience contradicts the report, trust your experience.
Your data
We collect your birth date, time, place, gender, and email. We keep this data for as long as your order exists — so you can retrieve your report anytime and upgrade later without re-entering anything. We never store card details — payment is handled by Creem.io. We do not sell your data, and we never share it beyond the service providers needed to generate and deliver your report (full list in our Privacy Policy).

Refund policy
Your report is a one-time creation — built from your exact birth data, written for your chart alone. Because of this, refunds are not available once generation begins. If the delivery email does not arrive, your report is not lost. Visit getstarlore.com/status, enter your email, and we will re-send your report link to your inbox. Questions people ask
Is this real astrology?
Yes. Vedic astrology (Jyotish), sidereal zodiac, Lahiri ayanamsa, true nodes, Vimshottari Dasha. The same framework practitioners have used for centuries. You can compare your placements with a Lahiri sidereal calculator — small differences may occur depending on node type, ephemeris, and settings.
How is this different from a horoscope app?
Unlike daily fragments from Western tropical zodiac apps, Starlore uses Vedic sidereal, shifting signs by ~24 degrees. We compute your full natal chart — 16 divisional charts, 13 yoga detections — and write one complete portrait. No notifications, no daily feed.
What if my birth time is not exact?
An approximate birth time can still preserve slower-moving factors, but the Ascendant, house placements, and other boundary-sensitive factors can shift with even a few minutes of difference. If you truly do not know your time, choose the simplified version at half price — it skips the time-sensitive sections and tells you what it skipped.
Is the text written by AI?
The planetary positions are computed, not generated. The interpretive text is generated by AI, guided by classical Vedic frameworks and constrained by automated fact checks. We are transparent about this because we think you deserve to know how your portrait was made.
