Starlore is operated by Starlore. For privacy inquiries, contact support@getstarlore.com.

Birth date, time, place, gender, and email. That is everything. We need the first four to compute your chart. We need the email to send it to you. We collect nothing else — no contacts, no location data, no browsing history.

We process your data based on contract performance under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679, Article 6(1)(b) — you provide birth data, we deliver the report you purchased. We do not rely on consent or legitimate interest as our legal basis.

Creem.io (payment processor, Merchant of Record) — receives your email and payment details. We never see your card number.

Resend (email delivery) — receives your email address to deliver the report link. No birth data is shared with Resend.

DeepSeek (AI text generation) — receives your birth data and computed chart as structured JSON to write the report narrative. DeepSeek's terms apply to that request.

Cloudflare R2 (file storage) — stores your finished PDF report.

Nominatim / OpenStreetMap (place search) — receives the birthplace text you type, to suggest locations. Nothing else.

Our hosting infrastructure (Fly.io, Supabase, Upstash) processes data on our behalf. That is the complete list. No analytics. No advertising. No tracking scripts. No data broker will ever know you visited this site.

Your birth data, email, and generated report are retained for as long as your order exists. This is what lets you retrieve your report at any time and upgrade to the full version without re-entering your details.

You can request deletion at any time by emailing support@getstarlore.com — we will erase your birth data, email address, and report files.

Transaction records (order ID, timestamp, amount) are retained as required by accounting law.

Your chart is computed on servers in Singapore, and your data is stored with cloud providers whose servers may be located outside your country, including outside the EU/EEA. If you are in the EU/EEA, we rely on standard contractual clauses to keep these transfers lawful.

Your report text is generated by AI based on your computed natal chart. This is automated content generation, not automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects. You are not subject to decisions based solely on automated processing.

You have the right to: access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion, restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

To exercise any of these rights, email support@getstarlore.com. We respond within 30 days.

Starlore is not intended for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under that age. If you believe a child under 16 has used this service, contact support@getstarlore.com and we will delete the data immediately.

All data in transit is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. Stored data is encrypted at rest. Access tokens use 192-bit cryptographic randomness. We do not store payment card details — all payment processing is handled by Creem.io.

No advertising cookies. No analytics trackers. No third-party scripts watching what you read. The only cookie we set is a functional one that remembers your language preference. Half of astrology apps track your data for ads. We are not one of them.

If we change this policy, we will update this page. We will not reduce your privacy protections without notice.
